Prep Exam is a free online platform operated by PaulMate (paulmate.com). Our service provides practice questions, timed mock exams, and study resources to help professionals prepare for IT and business certification exams. The platform is provided free of charge with no registration required.

Prep Exam is an independent study aid platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ISC2, PMI, Google, or any other organisation whose certifications appear on our platform.

By visiting or using Prep Exam, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You will use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Permitted use: You may use Prep Exam for personal, non-commercial study and exam preparation purposes. You may browse, access, and practice with the exam questions and mock tests freely.

Prohibited use: You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform for commercial purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform in bulk
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

The Prep Exam platform design, code, branding, and original content are owned by PaulMate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or original content without our prior written permission.

Exam questions, certification names, trademarks, and logos belonging to third-party vendors (such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) remain the property of their respective owners. Prep Exam makes no claim of ownership over vendor-owned content. Any such content is used for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@paulmate.com with details of the claimed infringement. We will investigate promptly and remove infringing content where required.

We strive to keep our exam practice questions and study materials accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty or guarantee that the content is always current, complete, or error-free. Certification exam content changes over time, and questions on Prep Exam may not always reflect the latest exam objectives of any given vendor.

Prep Exam is a supplementary study tool. We strongly encourage you to also consult the official study materials, documentation, and resources provided by the relevant certification vendor.

Prep Exam provides practice materials to support your study efforts. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors including individual preparation, understanding of concepts, and the specific exam version you take.

Prep Exam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaulMate disclaims all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Prep Exam after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
